Warehouse Rubber Pallet Bands
Pallet Bands Save Money by Reducing Labor, Plastic Wrap Material & Disposal Costs
Many of our first-time customers turn to us after hearing about other facilities using large rubber bands, thereby reducing plastic wrap use, and benefiting from an “open-carton” containment system. Rubber Pallet Bands by Aero Rubber offer a low-cost, reusable, and environmentally friendly solution to secure pallet loads in warehouses.
The Efficient Stretch Wrap Alternative
- One band can stabilize most loads
- Additional bands can be used for heavier or irregular loads, if needed
- Takes under 1 minute for 1 employee to apply
- Excellent ROI: save on stretch wrap material, labor and recycling costs
- Enhance safety of lifting pallets onto higher shelves
- No costly additional support equipment is needed
- Works great with corner boards
- They provide easy access to products
- Enable full visibility of labels or bar codes
- They don’t trap moisture like plastic wrap
Sustainability
Reduce Material – Save the Environment
Why is Natural Rubber Sustainable?
- Natural rubber degrades over time, unlike plastic which is synthetic.
- Rubber bands are sustainable as they reduce plastic waste and disposal cost.
- Natural rubber is harvested from trees, making it a renewable resource.
The harvesting of rubber doesn’t harm trees but actually helps the tree to flourish
Reusability Creates Efficiency
If you, like so many companies today, are looking for new ways to reduce your carbon footprint while improving the efficiency of your operations and reducing costs, rubber pallet bands will enable you to do just that!
Pallet Bands Are Suitable for Many Environments & Applications

“They’re holding up great so far. Way better than wrapping in shrink wrap, saves time, and saves resources from going to landfill.”
Typically you will find that one or two large rubber bands are sufficient to stabilize a pallet load. This equates to enormous savings in time and money. It takes more time and effort to work with single-use plastic wraps to secure a pallet, than to work with Aero’s Pallet Bands. In addition, unlike pallet plastic wraps, Pallet Bands allow water from sprinkler systems to get through and get the job done during a fire. At the same time, these bands don’t trap unwanted moisture, unlike pallet plastic wraps.
Corner Boards
Need a bit of added pallet security? Try out corner boards for heavy pallet loads.
If two bands still aren’t enough, add corner boards to your pallet band order to ensure maximum stability on heavier pallet loads. Corner boards are only available as an add on to pallet band orders.
