Each of our knowledgeable sales engineers has a background in the rubber industry and production floor savvy to better understand and meet your extruded rubber quality and shipment needs.
In addition, we’re known throughout industry for our ability to translate complex customer design requirements into concise sets of comprehensive product specifications. Once accomplished, we work directly from these specifications to produce the material and tooling required to produce the extruded rubber shape that your product demands.
Furthermore, if you have existing extruded parts that you need to replace, but have no prints for, Aero will put our MicroVu Optical Measuring/Inspection machine to work in order to construct a print from a sample of the part, in essence, reverse engineering the part for you. Finally, upon establishing the tolerances required by working with you, we will produce a sample part for your approval prior to production.

Common Term
Extrusion
An extrusion is a part that is made by pushing material though a die to produce a unique cross section. Common shapes include round, square, and hollowed out shapes. However, the extrusion process also has the ability to create products with a unique cross section profiles and complex rubber extrusion profiles. An extrusion can be continuous or produced in many pieces and are used for many applications in sealing.
“The order we just received was the best set of bumpers so far. The shape was exactly like our die and they are cut to exactly 60 inches in length.”
