Get extra value when you order your parts from Aero!
Aero Rubber offers a host of add-on technical services to enhance the value we offer our customers. Our expertise in the industry and determination to put the customer’s needs first sets us a cut above the competition. Below are the value adds Aero provides to make us your one-stop shop for custom rubber products.
Our Sales Engineering team has an average of nearly a decade of rubber-industry experience. From your first phone call, through testing, to the finished product, they are available to guide you through the manufacturing process. Your Sales Engineer will offer advice on materials, specification grades, and manufacturing methods so your final product aligns with your requirements.
Product Add-on Services
When your rubber parts need special packaging for smaller batches or additional care and protection, our team is happy to accommodate. Aero can build, bundle and package the parts, then ship them back to you, ready to send to your customers. Custom packaging options are also available for large-volume special orders.
Material Testing and Certifications
When you require certified materials for your industry or application, Aero can provide material certs and material test reports (when required). Additional costs for material test reports may apply.
If your rubber parts require bonding to a metal substrate, our team can help. Aero Rubber Company can take your existing metals or metals supplied by us and bond the prescribed rubber to them.
We know it can sometimes be difficult to allocate storage space to inventory. That’s where Aero’s Pack-and-Hold program comes in. You can place a blanket order and then we can produce and inventory that quantity at our location. You can then release periodic shipments from that inventory, as needed. Aero will package and ship each release to your facility or drop-ship to other locations of your choice.
PSA (Pressure Sensitive Adhesive) Application
Aero Rubber Company can apply PSA to sheet, die-cut parts, and extruded profiles.
Vulcanized Splicing/Molded Corners
When your extrusion needs to be cut to length and spliced together into the final product, you don’t need to manage that process in your warehouse. Aero Rubber Company can do that for you as a hot vulcanized splice or a cold bond process.
